Transcript Request
If you require an Open Learning program transcript, complete the Transcript Request Form and submit it to the Centre for Open Learningand Educational Support. The cost is $10.00 per transcript. There is no charge for transcripts being forwarded to the University of Guelph at the present time.
Additional fees will apply to send your transcript by fax or courier. These fees are listed on the transcript request form.
Please order your transcript in advance of any deadlines you may have, as turnaround time can be as much as five business days during peak busy periods.
